I am an art researcher who does writing and curatorial work around deviant beings and emancipatory politics.

I serve as Editor at Fondazione In Between Art Film. In this capacity, I edit STILL, a research platform on moving images, and I am currently preparing the catalogue of the exhibition Penumbra, together with Leonardo Bigazzi and Alessandro Rabottini. I have co-curated Vanishing Points (2022), the public programme accompanying the exhibition Penumbra at Complesso dell’Ospedaletto, Venice, featuring Karimah Ashadu, Cristina Baldacci, Osei Bonsu, Maria Malvina Borgherini, Edwin Carels, Lara Conte, Jacopo Crivelli Visconti, Jonathas De Andrade, Formafantasma, Francesca Gallo, Aziz Hazara, Natasha Ginwala, He Xiangyu, Hou Hanru, Beatrice Leanza, Masbedo, Marina Otero Verzier, Ippolito Pestellini Laparelli, Andrea Pinotti, Filipa Ramos, James Richards, Susan Schuppli, Emilija Škarnulytė, Federica Timeto, Ana Vaz, and Kathryn Weir.

My writings have appeared in Flash Art, Il Foglio, Kaleidoscope, and Mousse, as well as in artists’ catalogues.
I was part of the curatorial team at Almanac Projects, London, co-curating the hybrid programme An Almanac of Possibilities: Sharing Tools for a Collective Future (2021-2022), and the online programme ALMANACCARE (2020), both supported by Arts Council England.
I have organised reading groups on feminist speculative fiction (Stereotyper, Milan, 2018-2019) and on postcapitalist desire (NOTHINGS INTO SOMETHINGS, Goldsmiths University, London, 2017), as well as given talks at Brera Academy, Milan; Care Of, Milan; Castro, Rome; Cornell University, Rome; Jupiter Woods, London; Primary, Nottingham; and Slade School of Visual Arts, London.
